It’s a very special world that you can immerse yourself in and connect more with nature. Especially these days, when everything is becoming more and more technological, which is absolutely a good thing, we should re-train ourselves and maintain our connection to nature. Let our love to plants rise. For it is nature from which we come and to which we return when all our worldly tasks have been fulfilled.

1. Plants heal

I love plants because, in my opinion, you can heal anything with them. From calming plants to stimulating ones, there’s everything. You can make ointments for external use and tinctures for internal use, and you can dry them or consume them fresh.

2. The green calms

If you’re feeling tired, a walk in the forest helps. The greenery is calming, especially if you live in a big city. The scent of the earth and the fir trees is soothing. Oh, the cracking of the wood as the trees shake and the way they sway in the wind is soothing.

3. It fills you with joy when you plant something and it grows

It’s so much fun when you sow seeds yourself and then, a few days or weeks later, entire plants grow from them, reaching toward the light. Such power, unimaginable and magical. Our green planet.

4. Creativity with plants in the kitchen

The many different ways in which plants can be used in dishes is limitless. From sauces to mousses and desserts, savory and medicinal, it’s all there. Herbs that pimp up everything wonderfully, such as the beautiful potato salad in summer or basil that pimps up tomatoes. There are also other spices such as pepper, which gives a nice kick.

5. The feeling of being safe when surrounded by plants

I think everyone can relate to what it’s like to be surrounded by nature. It’s like breathing out, relaxing, arriving when you see greenery when you’re on vacation in nature. But it’s also like having beautiful plants at home in your apartment. It relaxes, calms and it erodes one.
